2025 was another strong year for the Pankas Group, with growth in both revenue and profit compared to the previous year. Revenue increased to DKK 1.83 billion, compared to DKK 1.72 billion in 2024, while profit after tax amounted to DKK 52.4 million, up from DKK 47.5 million the year before.
"We are very pleased with the year's results, which reflect a strong and well-managed group with high activity levels across the business," says Chairman of the Board, Ole Røsdahl.
Strong results driven by high activity in Denmark
The Danish operations delivered an exceptionally strong performance, where high capacity utilisation, stable market conditions, and effective contract management contributed to results exceeding expectations. Several companies achieved their best results to date.
Stable international development
In Germany, activity levels remained stable, and several companies performed better than expected.
In the Netherlands, Ooms Producten had a highly satisfactory year, with both revenue and earnings exceeding budget expectations.
In Eastern Europe, market conditions remained challenging, which negatively impacted the overall result.
Solid financial position and strengthened foundation
The Group continues to stand on a solid foundation, with equity of DKK 347 million, an equity ratio of 35.1%, and reduced interest-bearing debt.
Positive outlook for 2026
Expectations for 2026 are positive. The Pankas Group expects revenue in the range of DKK 1.8-2.0 billion and profit before tax in the range of DKK 75-85 million.
