AS Asphaltstraßensanierung GmbH was founded in 1995 and, today, it is the largest and only nationwide contractor within the areas of surface dressing and slurry seal in Germany and a leader in maintenance of traffic areas with modern technology.​

AS has modern and well-maintained production facilities with two emulsion mills (Spelle and Langwedel) as well as one PMB plant in Langwedel.
