Cold recycling

Cold Recycling is an environmental friendly process, where the existing asphalt materials are recycled and applied on the road again. The existing pavement is removed and processed by a milling and mixing rotor fitted with tools similar to those used for cold milling. Inside the machine the material is mixed with fresh binders like bitumen emulsion, foamed bitumen and cement before applied on the road again. Cold Recycling technology is an in-situ process that helps to reduce the cost of raw material and transportation.
