Cold recycling in plant

The existing asphalt layers will be milled off and transported to the mobile mixing plant, where it is mixed with cement and/or bitumen foam/emulsion. The mixture can be layed again with conventional pavers. The plant can easily be transported from one job site to the next and is quickly set up in the immediate vicinity of the site. This saves time and truck capacities, and is also highly beneficial to the environment. The mobile cold mix plants allows to produce a wide range of mixtures directly on construction site. Advantage of the Cold Recycling in plant technology is that the existing asphalt materials will be removed for a short period of time so the layer beneath the asphalt layers can be checked and repaired.
