Sustainability is an integrated part of our strategy

We have now published our ESG Report 2025, providing insight into how Pankas creates value for customers, employees and society through responsible, long-term solutions.

Our new ESG Report documents how we work with climate, circular economy, occupational health and safety, and corporate governance. It also demonstrates how sustainability has become an integrated part of our Stronger Together strategy.

The report outlines our efforts to reduce the climate and environmental impact of road and infrastructure solutions, strengthen workplace safety, and establish common frameworks for responsible governance across our 19 companies in nine countries.

Although we are no longer subject to the mandatory ESG reporting requirements under the CSRD, we have chosen to continue reporting in accordance with the voluntary VSME standard for small and medium-sized enterprises. This provides a common framework for measuring our progress, documenting our efforts and ensuring transparency for customers, business partners and other stakeholders.

"At Pankas, we see sustainability as a natural part of how we operate and develop our business. Through our Stronger Together strategy, we strengthen collaboration across the Group to create even greater value for our customers, employees and the communities around us. We are proud of the progress we have already achieved, but we also recognize that the green transition requires continued development, innovation and strong partnerships," says Claus Metzsch Jensen, CEO of Pankas A/S.

The report demonstrates that sustainability is not a separate track, but an integrated part of our work within Growth, Efficiency and People - the three strategic focus areas of Stronger Together.
