Bjarne Moltke Hansen enters the Board of Pankas A/S

At the Annual General Meeting of Pankas A/S held on 27 April 2026, Bjarne Moltke Hansen was elected to the Board of Directors of Pankas A/S.
With extensive experience and expertise from the industrial and construction materials sectors, including executive positions in major Danish-owned global companies such as Aalborg Portland Holding and FLSmidth, Bjarne brings a valuable new dimension to the Board of Directors of Pankas. His commitment and experience in driving business growth, acquisitions, innovation, and leadership are also well aligned with Pankas’ values and ambitions.
“Bjarne’s broad industrial experience and leadership competencies will be of great value to our future strategic decisions and planned growth, and we have been looking forward to welcoming Bjarne to the Board of Directors,” says Chairman of the Board Ole Røsdahl.
Bjarne Moltke Hansen joins a company in strong shape. In recent years, Pankas has achieved significant growth and successfully executed an ambitious strategy focused on business development, resulting in increased revenue and earnings. Most recently, the company reported revenue of DKK 1.83 billion in 2025 and a profit before tax of DKK 74.9 million – the highest result in the company’s 87-year history.
Bjarne succeeds Board member Allan Lindhard Jørgensen.
