Pankas acquires 6th company in Germany

BSFT Straßenunterhaltung GmbH

Pankas has acquired the German company BSFT Straßenunterhaltung GmbH which is located in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern in the north-eastern part of Germany. The business of BSFT is different kind of road repair and road maintenance, concrete paving and different kind of sealing and waterproofing of silos and storage places for farmers, biomass plants etc.

As a new member of the Pankas Group, we believe there is a significant future potential for growing the business of BSFT including many possibilities for working together with other companies within Pankas.

The acquisition of BSFT is part of Pankas’ business strategy which strive to continue our growth in both Germany and Eastern Europe.
