Marlene Nørgaard Carolus enters the Board of Pankas A/S

At the ordinary general meeting of Pankas A/S, Marlene Nørgaard Carolus was elected to the Board.
With extensive experience and expertise from the financial sector, including top positions in Denmark and abroad in companies like Danske Bank, Nordea and Mybanker Marlene Nørgaard Carolus brings valuable know-how to the Board of Pankas. Her commitment and experience with businesses, where focus is on growth, innovation and sustainability are also in line with Pankas' values and ambitions.
"Marlene's broad financial experience and managerial skills will be of great value for our future strategic decisions and planned growth, and we are looking forward to welcoming Marlene to the Board", says chairman of the Board Ole Røsdahl.
Marlene enters a company in a strong position. Pankas has grown significantly in recent years and has succeeded to execute an ambitious strategy with focus on business development and with growth in both turnover and earnings. At the latest with a turnover in 2023 of 1.733 billion DKK and profit before tax of 76 million DKK as the highest in the company's 85-year history.
Marlene replaces board member and former chairman of the Board of Pankas Jørgen Frost.
